We received a phone call from the host 15 prior to arrival stating that the HOME we book wasn’t available and the same host moved us to an upstairs APARTMENT. I’m -00% disabled veteran and my fiancé is as well. Definitely not what we paid for.

I upgraded you for free plus one extra free night and 1 extra person stay for free,also gave you the option either cancel it for full refund or accept the upgrade for free, you choose the upgrade for free plus 1 night free stay and 1 extra person for Free, Unbelievablely here you easily lied and complained afterwards!!! Three of You had No problems walking upstairs at all! I saw sins in your soul!!!
