Starting with the kitchen appliances to the dining set, you can't beat what this unit has to offer! It also comes equipped with a washer and dryer and a private balcony right from the living room! A beautiful mini bar connects to the kitchen, perfect for entertaining guests. Take a quick trip to Cash's and Wine World to stock up the mini bar at the beginning of your vacation in paradise-so convenient!

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: Master bedroom - 1 King bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 Queen bed. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6.

Islander Beach Resorts have access to one of Okaloosa Island's largest gulf-side pools, a shuffleboard court, and a barbeque grill area. A quick stroll across the boardwalk puts you right on the beach! All guests have Free High-Speed Internet access in their unit, as well as wireless Internet access in our lobby..
Islander Beach Resort has a two vehicle limit.
The pool is heated the week of Thanksgiving and beginning the week of Christmas until March 31st.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed this unit. The side view of the ocean is great. It is almost like having direct ocean view. The condo was very clean and the company was easy to communicate with. The beds were very comfortable but the living room furniture is not so comfortable and is a bit outdated. The bathrooms were on the small size as well. There isn’t a bathroom at the pool area and if you are on the beach you are at a public beach access so you can use those restrooms if needed. Overall it was a good place to stay.

It was ok

The view was really nice from the balcony looking down the beach. But the balcony was way too narrow. You couldn’t even walk in front of a chair if someone was sitting in it. Condo was just ok. Nothing fancy. Pictures make it look bigger than it really is. We had some sort of bugs in there the entire time and ended up with lots of bug bites. So that was a huge turn off and won’t be back because of that issue alone. Bed were really comfy so that was a plus. Beach service was a mess. You just had to hope you ended up with chairs. The guy that handles the chairs never seemed to be around. Apart from the condo, the location was just not ideal being down the island and away from everything. Takes 20 plus minutes to get an Uber every time because of traffic and road work on the bridge. So be mindful of that if you stay in this area as it will be like this for a long time (that’s what multiple Uber drivers told us).

And they informed us beforehand that the washing machine was broken but I never do laundry...it’s vacation!!
