I am from St Kitts and spent over 30 years managing Island Paradise Beach Village followed by Sealofts On The Beach. I now serve as Office Manager of Caribbean Paradise Realty and so I continue to host the many guests of a select group of condos at Sealofts and elsewhere that are currently part of our portfolio. I am a people's person and so hosting guests is a big delight for me.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is really the best one for a vacation rental as it is on Zenway Boulevard where restaurants, supermarkets, the popular Frigate Bay beach, Marriott's casino, etc are all in walking distance. There is a taxi stand right outside the Sealofts compound and Caribbean Paradise Realty's office is directly opposite the taxi stand making it super easy for me to cater to guests needs and for guests to pop in to say hello during their stay.
What makes this property unique
There are only 2 three bedroom units for rent at Sealofts and they both provide guests with about 1,800 sq ft of living space including a large wraparound deck where they can relax and enjoy the surroundings.
While all the amenities a guest would need are close, Sealofts remain relatively quiet year round.
