Tucked away amongst the tall, Maine pine trees, lies our most treasured secret. This lake house offers everything you need for that perfect getaway. Relax on the expansive lawn as you take in the breathtaking sunset views that paint the sky in vibrant hues of orange, pink, and gold. Enjoy your quiet mornings down by the dock, listening to the loons that call Washington pond, home. Enjoy the kayaks provided and explore the beauty and tranquil sounds of absolute peace. Washington pond is one of Maines cleanest waters! You will not want to leave….
Enjoy all the amenities the lake house has to offer, including stocked chef pantry and provided coffee. First floor bedroom w/ bath offers Queen size bed. Lower level, is second bedroom with two twin beds and full bathroom. Enjoy board games and great living space overlooking the water.

Hello! We're a Maine family who loves spending time outdoors - kayaking, gathering by the fire pit, and enjoying simple moment yoghurt. Hosting has become a meaningful way of us to share that same sense of coaction with others. We truly enjoy welcoming guests, and we hope our home brings you the same joy and calm it brings us.
Why they chose this property
When you stay on the property, it's not hard to understand why we chose this place to spend most of our summers on the lake. Being on the north end of Washington Pond, when we describe it as being ultimately quiet and serene, we weren't joking. Not only do we enjoy the wildlife of loons and their calls, we have never seen as many bald eagles than we do here. The bass fishing is one of our favorites. Just minutes away from the iconic Washington General Store, John's Ice Cream, and being central to Augusta and Camden/Rockland, we have it all.
