From the moment we pulled into the driveway our stay was amazing. The house was so clean. there was enough space for our family. The backyard had a beautiful view to sit at night and feel a breeze. Only wish grass was cut lower so they could play soccer. The host responded quickly to any questions or concerns, The town has everything you need food, fun, relaxation. Would definitely stay here again if I was in Texas,

Host had very timely responses to questions (ex. grill is charcoal, not gas) and great pet friendly fenced off yard. Beautiful lake views and great breeze coming off the water. If I could change one thing, just wish there had been a couple additional bar stools for seating!

Nice property with nice backyard view. Host is very easy to get ahold of and replies quickly. Small checkin issue and he answered my call and question first call, no voicemail. Had issues with the tv but I’m not techy and the back patio because mosquitoes love me - both I figured out. Pictures do make some rooms look larger than they are in person but they are smaller, still a decent size though if you stay in the recommended number of people based on rooms. If traveling to the area with family again I would book again.

The house was very clean. There are no hand towels or face cloths and very limited bath towels, had to hunt for them. There are paper towel dispensers in each bathroom, I guess to dry your hands, but only one had paper towels in it and none in the kitchen. There are no top sheets , only a sheet/blanket top which is not a sheet only. Could not watch TV for more than 10 minutes because the WiFi was so slow and could not stream DIRECTV at all. Texted owner and his response was that the WiFi was working. I know it’s working but it sucks. We left 5 minutes before checkout and the owner was sitting in his car across the street waiting for us to leave. Way too expensive for this many issues!

My family traveled to attend my nephews graduation. We didn't have hot water except for the first day we were there. The owner didn't seem to be concerned, I asked to be released from our agreement and I requested a refund for part of our stay. The owner said no and offered 75.00. Not having hot water, we could not bathe or wash dishes, this definitely is a safety concern. There are no rugs in the bathroom only towels placed on the floor, again a safety hazzard. The towels provided had a nasty smell so I bought towels. This experience turned a celebration into a nightmare. We were supposed to host the family dinner and that didn't happen because we had no hot water. The furnishings were uncomfortable, the only bed that was comfortable was the bed in the master. The house backs up to a lake, but the price asked was not worth it.
