This newly reimagined gem, with a new WFH Standing desk! This cute 2/2 duplex bungalow is right near the heart of Pensacola! A 15-minute walk to downtown and less than a 10-minute drive to the beach, you can’t beat the location. *Beach Gear Provided* Nearby are coffee shops, local markets, restaurants, groceries, breweries, & pubs. Come relax, reset & fall in love with the home of the Blue Angles!
NEW UPDATES:
All new furniture to include beds and high quality memory foam mattresses! New Couch and new 65in smart tv. Adjustable height desk for maximum focus while working from home!
This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex sleeps 4. Both bedrooms also have white noise machines to help light sleepers!
Beach gear provided includes a sand- proof large blanket, 4 beach towels, and a sand proof bag!
The living room area features a large comfy couch, and a 65in smart with all streaming apps available.
The kitchen features all full-sized appliances and is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials. There is a coffee maker as well, with coffee provided.
There is a dining space that offers more prep space. We have a washer/dryer on-site in the master bedroom, ready to use.
This space is designed to have everything you could need while visiting! Come stay in the best neighborhood in Pensacola and feel the allure of East Hill!
Please note- This home is very centrally located, so guests might hear noise from traffic.(we have white noise devices in each bedroom to help light sleepers.)
The parking for this home is not the carport, it is a grass lot next to the home.

Ashley fell in love with East Hill the first time she visited Pensacola. There is no better neighborhood to stay in when visiting! The old charm as you walk around. The events and greenery all around, make this little spot feel so cozy and homey!

This home is located so close to all of the best things! Its a 10 min walk down to the bay, 8 min walk to the grocery store or the new bustling businesses of East Hill, like The Burrow. Its an easy walk downtown and caddy corner to the Pensacola Bay Stadium! Not to mention the real reason everyone comes here- the white sandy beaches are less than 10 mins away!
