Outdoor enthusiasts love the 230,000 acres of county forest land for hunting, exceptional inland waters, and miles of trout streams for canoe, kayaking, and fishing.

This property is a completely renovated Cape Cod-style home. This charming property features three bedrooms and two full baths. The modern upgrades and decor blend seamlessly with classic Cape Cod architecture, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The master bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed and a full bathroom. There are two bedrooms on the second floor. The first consists of a queen bed. The other bedroom has two queen beds and a pull-out trundle mattress for additional sleeping.

Guests have access to the entire house.

100th birthday

We were in Marinette to celebrate my mothers 100th birthday. The house was comfortable, clean and accommodating for my adult children and me. We would stay there again.

This is a really sweet little house. The furnishings are comfortable and pleasing. My only suggestion is that it is made clear in the write up that there is no air conditioning on the top floor which has two bedrooms. The downstairs has a window air conditioner which is ample. Lots of fans available. It was very quiet in a comfortable neighborhood and easy access to the Menominee Marina.
