This home is equipped with A/C in the living room only.

This is a NON-SMOKING home. This includes patios, decks, and outside areas.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 9 people. You may not exceed that at any time and will be strictly enforced. Strictly NO pool parties or parties of any kind are allowed at this property.

For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the home uncrated if they are prone to check, bark, or are not housebroken. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy daycare or crate your pet. Any damage caused by your pet is not covered under your damage insurance. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.

Ocean Beach lies in the San Diego International Airport flight path for some departing flights. No planes can depart after 11:30 pm or before 6:30 am
