Private Triplex is combination of three separete flats only for you. Doors of the flats and stairs between flats are in the building.

Your private roof terrace has Bosphorus view with a nice wooden table.
Wi-fi is limitless and has 100 mbps speed.
There is IPTV with all TV chanells of the world.

200 m to Galata Tower, 400 m to İstiklal Street, 850 m to Galataport and very quite.
It is placed at the heard of the city in Galata. It is redecorated in 2022 by interior desiner Elif Ergin.


Get ready to relax in this 4-bedroom villa in Istanbul. With 3 queen beds, 1 murphy bed, and 1 sofa bed, this enchanting property offers plenty of space for guests to unwind. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with showers and hair dryers for added convenience. In addition to the cozy bedrooms, guests can enjoy the two living rooms with extra sleeping options. Enjoy all that Istanbul has to offer when you stay at our place.

-Water shortages may increase due to global warming. Water outages are inevitable and you may experience them too. Therefore, we recommend you to take your shower before going to bed because most of the outageses are happen in the morning and day time.

-Our wi-fi is limitless and 100 mbhs speed.

-We should register our guests passport informations in to the police identification system. This is the same procedure while you are checking-in to a hotel in Turkey. This is an obligation for all accommodation places. We have to get your passport details.

It is mandatory to enter your passport informations to the Police Identification System.

For stays longer than 10 days tenant pays the natural gas (İgdaş), electricty (CK Boğaziçi) and water (İSKİ) invoices.

If you would like to take airport transfer from airport to our flat we have VIP vans which is the fastest, cheapest and easiest way of coming to flat all together…

The flat is 200 meters to Galata Tower and 400 meters to İstiklal Street which is pedestrian street that takes you Taksim Square... By walking 4-5 minutes to Karaköy you can take tram and go to Hagia Sofia, Topkapı Palace, Sultan Ahmet Mosque and Grand Bazaar Area in 15-20 minutes. Galataport which is new attraction point of İstanbul is 850 meters.

The nearest metro station (Şişhane Metro Station) is 400 meters which is just 5-6 minutes walking distance that gives you easy access to the all parts of Istanbul.
