Camp Serenity On Beautiful Goodyear Lake Near Cooperstown NY

IN TERMS OF BASEBALL PARKS: WE ARE RENTING ONlY To COOPERSTOWN DREAMS PARK FAMALiES FOR THE SUMMER OF 2026. If others want to rent within our schedule posted below, we welcome you also. For some reason Cooperstown All Star Village is not syncing their schedule to Cooperstown Dreams Park’s schedule. This is the first time this has happened in the 13 years that we have been renting our house. We had to choose a team to rent to. Because of the uncertainty of what All Star Village is doing, we have chosen to rent to Dreams Park families. We cannot rent to both parks as the schedules start and end on different days of the week. As we said above, anyone can rent as long it is within the schedule posted below.

Camp Serenity combines early architectural features with modern amenities. We have renovated our kitchen with white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The enclosed sunroom and all three queen bedrooms have gorgeous views of the water and fabulous sunsets. The queen bedroom on the first floor has a wheelchair accessible ramp with a direct entrance. The bath within this bedroom has a handicap accessible shower with zero entry. There are wood floors throughout. There are 4 bedrooms on the second floor. In addition to the bedrooms is a large second-floor landing. A twin bed and sleeper sofa are on the landing.
Everything one would need is provided at Camp Serenity. We have linens, towels, beach towels, spices, paper products, baggies, Henckel knives, a stone fire pit, adirondack chairs and body wash in the showers. There is a cabinet filled with some necessities such as coffee, tea, spices, flour, sugar and syrup. The food in the cabinet varies weekly.
The 150 feet of terraced waterfront includes a generous area for outdoor seating. Swimming and fishing are both available from the dock. Located on a double sized lot, Camp Serenity has a spacious level side yard.

For the remainder of 2025, we offer weekly or weekend rentals in September and October.

We offer a six night rental from May 31- August 29, 2026. We will not take reservations or change reservations during the summer for less than six nights. If we do not rent a six night session we will we consider renting for less than six nights. Our schedule follows the schedule of the Cooperstown Dreams Park in the area. We do offer weekend or weekly rates in early and mid May, September and October. The following is the schedule we follow for our rentals for June, July and August, 2026.

May 31 -June 6; June 6- June 12; June 12 -June 18; June 18- June 24; June 24 -June 30; June 30 -July 6.

June 30 -July 6; July 6 -July 12; July 12 -July 18; July 18 -July 24; July 24 -July 30.

July 30 - August 5; August 5- August 11; August 11- August 17; August 17-August 23; August 23- August 29.

Our cancellation policy is: Full refund if the reservation is canceled more than 90 days before the day you are to arrive at Camp Serenity. There are no partial refunds.
Check-in times for in-season (Late May- early September) are 5 PM check-in, 9 AM check-out. Check-in times for out of season (September-October and early May) are 4 PM check-in and a 10AM- 12 PM check-out depending on if I have guests coming in after you.
