This gorgeous home has 4 bedrooms including a spacious bunk room consisting of 3 twin over full bunks & a futon as well as a seating area. Paddle up the Susquehanna River or explore Goodyear Lake with the 3 kayaks or canoe included w/. your stay. Relax by the gas fire pit overlooking the lake with the Catskill Mountains in the background. Enjoy a game of shuffleboard or set a new high score on the Pac-Man arcade in the game room. Amazing home!!

The house was great! Very clean, quiet, right on the lake with an amazing view. We loved the game room and the bunk room was awesome.

This property was perfect for a vacation with our adult children & partners. We were looking for a place for the six of us to stay while we visited the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown. This property allowed us to enjoy time together not only in Cooperstown but also out on the water, fishing from the dock, playing in the game room, watching movies and cooking meals. This property allowed us to do it all! When inside we appreciated the open plan main floor, the coffee bar, the game room with arcade game, the large couch in the basement with smart TV, and the air conditioning throughout the house. The only disappointments were that the location is on the Susquehanna River, not on the big lake and the beach was too swampy for swimming.

Great place

Great and spacious place to stay. Property manager was fantastic at helping even late at night when we got in and had trouble finding the place in the dark. Shuffle board and pacman were a fun addition.
