Welcome to SUNRISE, a 1 bdrm condo, ocean view, Blue Water Villas. Public beach access is directly across the street and private beach entrance through the main resort. Walk to 10 pickleball courts/basketball/tennis, restaurants, mini golf, NON-SMOKING, clean updated, private balcony. The building has pools, hot tubs, a lazy river, a sauna, a game room, and shared laundry. King-size bed & queen sofa sleeper. Highchair/packnplay/toddler ware. The balcony faces the ocean and overlooks the Villas lazy river, pool & hot tub. Includes all amenities at Blue Water Resort. Two free parking spots. 10 min drive to Boardwalk and Skywheel. Free WIFI, self check in, towels and linens supplied and starter packs of soaps, dish detergent, garbage bags. Cleaning fee is $100 per stay.

Cute Condo

My young family and I stayed here for a few days; the condo itself is nicely decorated, and well maintained. As others have noted, the property itself is a bit older. The elevator was a bit clunky, but it worked eventually. The location relative to the beach was awesome. You also have access to the main property across the street. I used the laundry across the street, and it was very easy and convenient. I would stay here again.

My husband, Joe, and I live in NC with our two children and 120 pound dog, Ozzy (as in Osbourne!) We started our business Travel Therapy Properties, LLC and have 5 vacation rental properties. Four condos in Myrtle Beach, and a house on Beech Mountain, NC. Anyone is welcome at our properties, but we have a soft spot for people traveling with children. We know it can be a real challenge, therefore, we set up our properties so that people of all ages will be comfortable and enjoy their vacation. Our other soft spot is for teachers. We feel they are underappreciated and underpaid (at least in our state) which is why we donate free vacation time in our properties to various teachers throughout the year. This is our way of saying thank you for all the time and effort they put into our collective children.

Why they chose this property

Southern end of Myrtle Beach, quiet, family friendly, walking distance to restaurants, mini golf, beach shops. across the street from Hurl Rocks Park. The Southern end of the Grand Strand is the best of both worlds as it is just minutes away from the Boardwalk, Skywheel, Ripley's etc, but less people and more family friendly. We are also 5 minutes to the airport, Market Commons, 7 minutes to Broadway at the Beach and 10 minutes to Myrtle Beach State Park.

What makes this property unique

Our colorful property has everything a family would need to have a memorable vacation. We remember what it is like to travel with kids and try to help parents out with toys, games, portable potty chair etc.
