All the comforts of home, including a King Size bed in the Master and two twins in the spare room with option to convert to King size. Each have their own full bathroom. Just steps to large community pool/spa and tennis and pickle ball courts. Enjoy the large private balcony overlooking the private courtyard, and you will also appreciate the full size washer and dryer in the unit. Also features cable package package, high speed wifi. Fully furnished with all linens, towels, a full kitchen that includes all the comforts of home including a dishwasher. Please note this unit is non smoking and no pets allowed.

The McCormick Ranch location can't be beat. It is within walking distance to the greenbelt, a beautiful park that stretches for miles along lakes and golf courses which is perfect for walking, running and biking. 15 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, close to Old Town Scottsdale with its many shops, restaurants and galleries. Walking distance to Salt River Fields home to the Diamond Backs and Rockies for spring training and many the many other festivals year around. Golfers will enjoy the many golf courses minutes away including Talking Stick Resort and Casino.

Fun time in a Scottsdale

We had an awesome time at this condo. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The owner Surven was very easy to get along with and very accommodating. The people were friendly. I would definitely come back here. Thank you Surven

Centrally located, perfectly appointed.

This two bedroom condo is centrally located in Scottsdale and only minutes away from all the weekly necessities. It is roomy, beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has all the nessesities a chef requires. Surven, the owner, went well beyond what even a family member would do to make our stay exceptional and was available 24/7 to ensure that if we had a question, or in my case when I needed a ride to the hospital at 4:30am, he was there. There is wifi, two large screen tvs and the complex has a wonderful pool and jacuzzi which we often used. We have no hesitation in recommending this unit for short or lengthy stays. The 2 bedroom unit will sleep 4 very comfortably and the living room couch also opens up to a bed, although we did not use it. There is a large outdoor balcony for afternoon cocktails or early morning breakfasts when the weather allows, which is a bonus. This was our first long term stay in Scottsdale but it will not be our last.

Fantastic Scottsdale Vacation!

What a gorgeous area! Can't beat the location for easy access to everything you want to see and do in Scottsdale. This condo has everything you need to make yourself at home. Very clean, well maintained and the beds are really comfortable. I especially liked the large deck off the living area. Great place to spend the warm evenings with a book and a glass of wine or chatting with friends. There's lots of space at the pool and it feels very private. This is a charming, quiet community within walking distance of several top notch places to eat and explore. Surven and Lorena are great hosts and really care about their guests and want you to have the best experience possible. I'll be back!

Great Location

Close to great places to walk, eat and drink. A good size heated pool which we really enjoyed. Very friendly people, especially our neighbors Chuck and Judy. Lots of activities with in the community, a book club, a hiking group, coffee on Wed mornings. The condo has large master bedroom with a walk in closet and a large bathroom. A large TV in the living area connected to cable--so we could watch March Madness. Loved the balcony in the morning and evening---a nice place for coffee and to watch the stars at night. Owner was super --if we needed anything he was a phone call away.

Great owner,great unit, and a wonderful community.

We spent two great months at this condo.First and importantly, Surven, the condos owner, was fantastic.He's the best owner I have dealt with. He and Lorena went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The unit was clean and well supplied with everything we needed. It's also a great location with good access to the Greenbelt trail for daily walks and/or bikes. One very unique thing about this rental is the community it's in.We were able to hike Fridays with a great group who goes every week.We attended coffees every Wednesday ,were treated very warmly and made some new friends. They also have a well attended game night every Thursday that's well attended. Trust me this type of community is rare and we loved it. We have already booked this condo again and can't wait to get back.
