Located in old Litchfield Park steps from the Wigwam resort, this spacious property has a very private courtyard that's an amazing place to start your morning or enjoy the evening.

Our unit is centrally located to all the West Valley Spring Training Cactus League baseball games, close to State Farm Stadium, many golf courses and walk to restaurants.

This property has ultimate privacy with bedrooms on opposite sides of the home each with their own bathroom.

In between the bedrooms are all the common spaces like the kitchen, laundry room, dining room, living room and giant courtyard, that you'll want to spend time in.

The property is very spacious and roomy at over 1,600 square feet. There are three convenient and large sliding doors that lead to the courtyard from throughout the home.

Guests will have exclusive access to all bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and entire private courtyard. Additionally, parking is available on the driveway (2 spaces) or the public street in front of the property.

There are a few spaces that are restricted for owner use only. Restricted spaces are: garage, storage room, pantry and selected bathroom cabinets. Restricted spaces are locked.

Great Place to stay

Very clean and nice house in a good neighborhood. A few nice restaurants were a couple blocks away for breakfast, lunch, and supper. Will be staying again if we come back to the area and it is available.

This area is perfect for folks looking for amazing golf, spring league baseball, walking, hiking and other outdoor activities year round.

What makes this property unique

The location of the property is ideal for walking to dinner/drinks nearby. The neighboring Litchfield Park Recreation Center is a great place to swim (summer only) or play pickle ball or enjoy many other activities.

We have an amazing, private courtyard where you can start each day or enjoy the evening in the open air.
