LeVilla 552 is sits on the 18 hole of the Schuus Golf Course.
We also have 548, 549 and 551 so if you are looking for more than one condo next to each other this is perfect.
This one is rare in that it has a FULL kitchen and a washer and dryer for guest use
Lower walk out unit. (No stairs to climb) Park right out front.
Very quiet with pond view. At the end of a cul De sac just a short walk to the driving range. Step out back to cross country ski or snow shoe.

This is a great location to use as a hub and take day trips to Traverse City, Petoskey, Torch Lake or Charlevoix. Sleeping Bear Dunes makes a great day trip.

Property was very clean and just as described. Bed was nice quality and very soft memory foam. It was a pretty chilly weekend and heat worked great. Check in and out was very easy. Host was responsive.

Loved staying in this condo at the resort!

Beautiful location and view of the golf course! Condo location was very quiet and secluded. Condo is small, but worked for me, my husband, and teenage son. Pull out sofa was comfortable, but king bed was too soft for our preference. Bathroom was spacious and entire condo was very clean! Golf courses at Shanty Creek are beautiful and fun to play. Close to Bellaire which is a quaint little town with great food options (highly recommend Shorts Brewing). Within easy driving distance of Traverse City and Petoskey. Would highly recommend staying here!!

Everything you need

Cozy condo. Comfy bed. Good location to the slopes. Supplied everything we needed and then some for a carefree ski weekend. In the kitchen pantry you will find a crockpot, electric fry pan, waffle iron, George Forman and more.

Cozy little place

The owner was prompt with communication. Cute little spot in a good location. This place is central location. We visited Torch Lake, Boyne, Petoskey, and Sleeping Bear Dunes, all within an hour distance.

Perfect stay!

My husband and I celebrated our first anniversary and this was the absolute perfect location. The space was clean and the pictures are pretty exact. The back porch leading to the golf course was a great view with a relaxing set up. The property manager didn’t respond to my initial message, but check in details and a welcome book made it easy to navigate everything I needed. Would 10/10 rent again, but definitely for a longer stay!

Schuss rental

Great location, walking distance to the village, on the cross country trail. Only downside was that the pull out bed and couch was dated and uncomfortable.

Great Place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and had enough space for my friend and I. It was great to easily connect to streaming services while we were in. It was also nice to have more than a mini-fridge for food so we could have breakfast, lunches, and evening snacks at the condo. I greatly appreciated the number of towels available, including beach towels. Also, having a washing machine and dryer available was wonderful!

Great location for us; excellent host

We have a VRBO property ourselves that rents only by the week. This is the second time that we have stayed in a unit owned by this house in the Shuss Mountain condos. Excellent location near Bellaire and Alden and a very nice setting. Quiet, comfortable, well maintained and equipped. We will return.

Great place to stay!

This was a great 1 bedroom condo. It had a small kitchen and a grill on the patio. We cooked a couple Of our meals and it worked out great! The property was nice. My only complaint was that it took me a little while to find the right building. With that being said the property manager called me as soon as I texted her and talked me right through it. Overall a great experience

Perfect getaway condo

The condo was perfect for my weekend of skiing. It was a very short walk to the hill and the space was nicely appointed. The heat was in three zones, which allowed me to keep the bedroom cool and the living area warm. The kitchen is small, but had everything I needed to make a quick breakfast. It was very quiet too. No noise from the adjoining condos and it was cheaper than a hotel! Great experience and will definitely rent again.

Ski stay

The property that we rented the owner said that there was an issue, but she put us in a better unit. That shower was awesome! I just wish the hot water heater was a 100 gallons cause I would spend half the day in there. Haha. Thanks for the stay

Mold issues around tub, toilet didn’t work and Keurig didn’t work

Very disappointed. Tub had mold on the outside, toilet wouldn’t flush (although replaced the 2nd day) & Keurig didn’t work on Friday. Unlikely to rent again.

was our first vacation in a long time - check in was easy - the room was neat and tidy - however the room boosts that is sleeps 4 comfortably - it does indeed sleep 4 - but the only bathroom entrance was located in the master bedroom - if we had traveled with friends or kids - this would not have been such a great experience as they would have have been entering the master bedroom to use the bathroom... also when we visited the hot and pool which was not very easy to locate - we were very disappointed and even left after just getting our feet wet - the hot tub was luke warm - the heated pool felt warmer then the hot tub ... we just went back to the room thinking we could take a bath warmer then that ... last the condo stated it was no pets allowed - however the person above us had a dog - which barked and kept us up all night - i contacted the owner whom texted the other tenant but the dog was still barking - my husband and I had intially booked our stay from 23-26, however we decided to leave a day early and did not stay the last night - drove home instead we felt like we were 4 hours from home and would prefer a good nights sleep... rather then listen to that dog bark again ... the issues we encountered at the condo unit did not hinder our trip. we had a wonderful time , I think we would stay else where next time though

Winter, skiing both downhill and cross country, dog sledding, tubing. Summer has endless fun things to do. Golf, boating, biking, hiking, shopping, wine tasting, canoeing and kayaking. A major attraction is Shorts Brewery in Bellaire. The quaint town of Bellaire is 6miles away. 15 minutes away you can spend the day on Torch Lake and stop at the Dockside restaurant for dinner.
