Located just steps away from iconic Beale Street, Clayborn Temple, the National Civil Rights Museum, the Lorraine Motel, the FedEx Forum (home of the Grizzlies), and the historic Peabody Hotel with its famous ducks — you won’t need a car to get around!

The space features modern upgrades, including central heat and air, an updated kitchen and bathrooms with the latest appliances and cookware, two full bathrooms, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

When the lights went out they was on it, didn’t matter what time of night, someone came out and called the next morning checking to ensure everything was still going well with our stay. Love the style of the house and the remodel of the inside of the house. Nice neighborhood, lots to do in the area. Great place for a large group.

The house is just as shown. Location is perfect for Memphis visitors - walking distance to Beale Street, the Peabody, Sun Studios, Dominick Distillery, FedEx Forum, Rock and Soul Museum, and much more. The house was super clean and all necessities were provided. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely rent this again if we are back in the area.
