About this property

The apartment is the back part of this brand new remodeled home. (Not the front door) It is a 1 bedroom attached to the main house in a very quite neighborhood. It’s not a shared apt. It has a private entrance. One bedroom, one bath, and a very cute, small kitchen. The kitchen has a cooktop, microwave, a fridge and utensils, enough to make small meals. The living room has a pull out bed where 2 additional people can sleep very comfortably. (For an extra charge after 2 guest) The apartment is not suitable for small children to be unattended. There is a few small steps inside and in the patio area. There is also a BBQ outside if you will like to make BBQ. And a shared HOT Tub. It is located about 15 minutes from the San Diego Zoo, Sea world, and the beach. Close to restaurants and SDCCU Stadium. Plenty of free parking on the street.
There is space for guest to relax outside in the back yard. There is a BBQ set up out side in the backyard now for guest to do some grilling if they would like.

The hot tub is available upon request. We can get it ready for you to use.. just let us know when you would like to use it.

The house has Wi -fi and Air conditioner for when it becomes too hot outside. It is usually not to cold so there is not need for a heater but in case you do feel to cold you can always make it warmer. Please note : This is a " No Smoking" required home.
Also no shoes in the house. Shoes bring many germs and we would like you and your family to be healthy and safe while your stay in San Diego. Thanks for understanding and following our request.

Perfect Bunglow- Central to all of San Diego's Summer Fun

Here's a pro tip from a true "Zonie" (i.e. summer visitor from AZ) While a beach house in Mission or Pacific Beach may seem tempting, it's expensive and crowded Been there, done that The truth is, San Diego has over 30 beautiful beaches in addition to Sea World, Balboa Park, the Zoo, Downtown and all the summer fun you can find in San Diego This place is a short drive to all of it It's affordable, clean, beautifully appointed and comfortable The hosts are friendly and accomodating And parking is easy and convenient- which is not always the case in summer rental season in SD, This property would be great no matter when you visit, but it's pretty much perfect for a summer assault on San Diego!

Perfect Palace for Couple

This magnificent place is perfect for 1-2 persons looking for friendly and accommodating hosts that allow you your privacy and respond immediately to your needs. The design, decor, comfort, and accommodations make it feel like a 5 Star Hotel experience for better pricing, more space, and no 9:00 a.m. “HOUSEKEEPING!” unexpected disruption. I parked without problem in the street. Had private entrance and use of the grill and hot tub which I’ll be sure to use next time. Wonderful experience. I look forward to referring this property to any individual or couple I know traveling to San Diego.

Place was amazing and for a great price as well.

This place was amazing and for a great price as well. Very clean, had everything we could need in the unit. Owner was great as well. ...The only note I would make that wasn't on the initial listing info is that the owners prefer no parties and no use of the hot tub after 10 PM. Wish they would have mentioned that because being from Miami we're night owls and are always out late.

A plus accommodation

The place was spotless. Has everything you need for your stay. My daughter and I felt very safe there. You have your own Bbq and your own patio. The bed was luxurious, the couches were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything including sharp knives. I don't think one rental has ever had, had a sharp knife. And the place is very quiet, no outside noises to keep you awake. This place will not disappoint.
