This delightful 2 bed/2 bath 1,800 sq. ft. villa on the upper level of a 2-storey building is located in the private, gated community of Sunset Villas. It is conveniently located across from the pool where you can lounge in the sun or enjoy a refreshing dip. Perfect for couples or small families! It is walking distance to the beach, dive shops, restaurants/bars/nightlife, and shopping. It offers open concept spacious living/dining room, fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, a/c, wifi, laundry facilities, parking and private balconies.

Electricity costs are high on the island. While it is included in your rate, we kindly ask you to be mindful and conserve energy. Please turn off lights, fans, and air conditioning units when you're not in the condo. For optimal comfort and efficiency, set the ACs to a temperature between 74-76°F—there's no need to set them to the lowest setting for a cool and comfortable room.

The condo was just as described. Easy to find and directly across from the pool. Plenty of water was provided for the length of the stay. He a little issue when we arrived with the key but all turned out well. Host was amazing to contact and fun to chat with. Would stay again!
