Beautiful, tranquil and comfortable home with everything you need

Our stay was booked due to a last minute cancellation and boy did we get lucky! This home is beautiful! The pool is solar heated and sunny and there is total privacy for relaxation. Every amenity is provided-floats for the pool, plenty of towels, dishes and kitchen utensils, spices for cooking, AC and ceiling fans, a canal dock with double chair swing and lots of birds and nature to watch. We couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation or owner/landlord. Perfection!

The perfect vacation home!

It's a shame there are not ten stars to give for a rating. We have vacationed in numerous homes in the past years. This, by far, beats them all. Form the accommodations, the cleanliness, the owners friendliness and consideration, the location, and the wildlife (alligators, otters, ducks, turtles of all kinds), this home is terrific! It is beautiful, inside and out. Everything you need is there. If it isn't, let the owners, (Rick and Marie) know, and it will be. We can't say enough good things. 100% satisfied. Great space, great fun!

We rented this place for our folks as a surprise for my dads 80th and a family Christmas in the sun. The space is amazing for four to six persons - the murphy bed is quite comfortable for a single or cozy couple. The outdoor/Lanai space was used everyday. We ate all our meals out there and swam everyday. All you need is there and the owners are very amicable to providing something if you need it. The location is a short distance to grocery and not too far from Pine island fun. There is no beach near by, so if you are looking for beach time, it will take you a while to get there. The only complaint would be that the owners suggestion was that he could either hire a cleaner or "most people leave it as they found it". They may not be aware of what all persons "leave it as they found it" standards are. We spent a good amount of time cleaning and particularly very dark bathtubs and showers before we were comfortable with them. So needless to say - we left the place in a much better state than we found it. Our suggestion would be that they hire good cleaners and make that a mandatory part of your stay. Overall, we would recommend this place. It would have received a 5 star rating had we not had to spend a good part of our holiday cleaning.

This is our home. Pride of ownership and care can be seen in our home. We are looking for a retired snowbird couple who would enjoy Florida and our home as much as we do.

Our home is close enough to shopping centers yet secluded off the busy roads of Cape Coral. We are located on a corner canal private DOUBLE lot. Private in-ground pool. Pool is direct southern exposure.
