Unique Ocean View Cottage with Eco-Friendly Feautres.

Tree house feel when you arrive at our quaint cottage; Created with your comfort in mind, providing a relaxing and cool environment to return to after a day of adventure. The living space is small but open (approx 400 sq feet), and features a pull out futon, eat in area and amazing views of the ocean. You will enjoy incredible sunsets from the balcony. The property has solar panels that power the A/C units; water heater heats on demand, minimizing power consumption.

Please Note: No Golf Carts are permitted
Location is near Costa Bonita, towards Soni Beach (not town)

The check was OK, but that's always the case when you first get to a new place but once I spoke to Kaila and everything seemed to come together after that, it was smooth sailing. I love the place and I'll be back there next year. Thank you.

When we first got to the property, the AC had been left off and we walked into an oven. The property cooled down but it took a while. The hot water was not working for our first night, which we ended up leaving early and not staying the second night. One main issue is the property location, while it has a great view getting to it was frustrating.

Dear Daniel, I am glad you got to visit Culebra’s As you expressed to me, you proffered its sister island Vieques and decided to head to the mainland earlier. Regarding the AC, as you know Culebra’s is a tropical island with very expensive utilities We try to educate guests about this and hope our visitors appreciate leaving a small footprint. For this reason, the AC is not turned on prior to arrivals. As to the water heater, we addressed your concerns immediately by sending maintenance out, who showed you the heater was working but you were turning it the wrong way. Hope you give Culebra’s another chance, but if not, I am truly happy to learn that Vieques was the right fit for you as it is much more developed and congested. Keila

Great location to Zoni beach and perfect view, though requires a Jeep or Bronco to reach property. Taxis are unable to locate, as there isn’t an official name for the residence/ address. Not many dishes, and hot water during the day when sun warms up pipe (hot water heater down?) and noises of animals on the roof, otherwise it met our expectations.

The cabin is lovely, the view from the porch is incredible! Our host was incredible and even helped us track down our lost bag!

Great View

It was a great place to stay but isolated. You must rent a Jeep or Kawasaki. Taxis will not come up to the property and golf carts will not work. We loved waking up to the lovely view and stayed in until noon

Amazing Views

The views from the back balcony make this place worth staying at. I did not realize there was no TV when I booked it, but that was ok. You definitely need a jeep to get to this place. Also, it would have been nice to have known there is no place to turn around if you drive forward all the way to the cottage and it is extremely difficult to back out of the drive. I learned that the hard way. After that, I would back in the driveway so I could pull out forward without having to back out. They need to trim the bushes and long limbs that stick out over the driveway as they scratched the rental jeep. The cottage was nice and clean. The only other issue was the AC was not on when we arrived and it was very hot inside and then each day when we would leave to go to the beaches we left the AC on and it would be off and extremely hot when we got back. Otherwise, this was a great place and we loved Culebra.
