This complete remodel in 2023 is the newest addition to the Keel Club rental community at BSM. We are a gated community in Southwest Florida between Punta Gorda and Cape Coral/Ft. Myers. (https:bsm22.org). Burnt Store Marina offers direct access to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexica thru Boca Grande Pass. Our 1st floor (no stairs), 1 bed/1 bath waterfront unit has all new drywall, paint and white shiplap, tile floors, new tiled shower and bathroom as well as all new cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless appliances in the Kitchen, along with recessed ceiling lighting. From the attached enclosed Lanai you can relax and watch the boats come in to fuel or dock for lunch or dinner at the Cass Cay Restaurant (which has Live Music 5 nights a week) on the deck which is steps away from the unit. We have a Resort style heated pool and are next to the boat launch and rental facilities. You can bring your own boat or arrange for Fishing Charters and boat rental from Leisure Boat Rentals. Fully furnished with a King Bed and Queen Sofa Bed within the leather couch in the living room for guests. 2 TVs, linens, kitchen goods, washer/dryer combo, cleaning and personal supplies, we are next door to the Trading Post Ships Store where you can rent bikes, get snacks, drinks, pizza, sandwiches, breakfast and other items. There is also a store just outside the gates for you needs. Inside the gate there is Burnt Store Marina C.C. , a 27 hole golf course where members and all guests can visit the The Linkside Cafe for lunch, dinner and drinks. On most Thursday nights from 5-8pm the BSMCC hosts Live Music outside under the Tiki Hut with food trucks and beverages for you to purchase. There is no pets, smoking or vaping permitted in the unit and the Condo Association regulations do not permit smoking or vaping or pets on the property. Unit rents weekly (7 nights) or monthly (30 days). Discounts for monthly rentals off the daily rate and 10% discount for all Active Duty Military or Active Duty 1st Responders.
