This home has stunning views of Sugarloaf and is on the free shuttle route to the base of Sugarloaf Mountain, with shuttles running twice per hour in the winter. Three of the four bedrooms have en suite full bathrooms, and one of the bedrooms is a loft bedroom. Wonderful large and sunny open floorplan on the main floor includes living room, dining room, kitchen, sun room/wet bar, and den with large TV and plenty of seating. Tons of storage for skis and bicycles in the attached garage, plus an EV charger. Fall in love with Carrabassett Valley and enjoy world class skiing, mountain biking, golfing, and hiking.

What a wonderful home with beautiful views of Sugarloaf! The house is lovely and exceeded our expectations. The location and proximity to the mountain could not have been better and we can't wait to return!

Ski Trip and Super Bowl

Thank you for letting us gather in this gorgeous home! There was plenty of space for our group, three couples and one other adult. Everyone had their own space and their own bathroom. Love the way the bedrooms are spread out over three floors. The kitchen was very well-equipped and we loved the huge dining room table. Great tv/seating area for the Super Bowl! Short easy walk to the Sugarloaf shuttle stop at the end of the road to.

This is an amazing quiet neighborhood with awesome neighbors. It's close to everything I want to do, but it's quiet even on the busiest Sugarloaf weekends.

What makes this property unique

We're the second owners of this home. It has been a cherished place by the previous owners and also by us. We love how warm, open and cheerful it is. So much natural light, and right on the golf course.
