Welcome to our newly renovated, fully furnished 2-bedroom home! Just an 10-minute walk from Mount Baker Light Rail, 10-minute drive to Lumen Field, downtown Seattle, Bill Wright Golf Course, and Jefferson Park, and less than 20 minutes drive to pier 66 & 91 (for cruise ship)
Enjoy the vibrant North Beacon Hill neighborhood, known for its diverse food scene, cozy cafés, and scenic parks with stunning city views!
This home offers a spacious layout with 2 queen memory foam beds, 1 sofa bed, a minisplit in each room for both heating and cooling. Enjoy a 55-inch smart TV, keyless entry, board games, 2 private parking space, and plenty of street parking.
Full access to the entire place, including a private entrance, kitchen, and in-unit laundry. 2 dedicated parking spaces with additional street parking available.
Strict quiet hours from 10PM - 9AM are enforced: no laundry, no loud noise.
No parties. No smoking or vaping inside. $500 fee for any violation.
