Discover this amazing 3 bed 2 bath custom home on Watts Bar Lake with your own private boat dock in Spring City, TN. This beautiful home features 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, perfect for a group getaway with 2 living rooms.The home sleeps 12 with 1500 square feet of covered deck space. The living room offers additional sleeping space with 3 sofa beds, making it an amazing choice for families or friends. There is plenty of parking for boats and vehicles with a free boat ramp in the neighborhood. We do offer pontoon boat rentals to our guest with the option to keep it overnight with multiple night rentals. We are dog friendly and have a great outdoor space equipped with a solo stove. Located on a dead in street and close to multiple marinas to enjoy dinner by water. This home offers many kid friendly items like a pack and play, high chair, Moomba baby swing, baby gates, toys, baby blankets and more. We are a local Watts Bar Lake family and would love to answer any questions you may have about the area, our airbnb, or things to do while visiting !

We took the whole family and everyone had a wonderful time. The home is gorgeous and the view is stunning. The owners are fantastic to deal with. We already want to go back. Thank you for everything!!

Lakefront Vacation

Initially supposed to be a trip with spouse to check out real estate properties but family ended up wanting to tag along for couple of days. Perfect home to enjoy lake while also giving everyone privacy when needed. Host was very accommodating and available to answer questions very quickly.
