It was as wonderful as advertised. The place is comfortable and stylish at the same time. The outdoor spaces give you full opportunity to enjoy the LA weather, with great views to booth. We loved it!

Great location for visiting our daughter at Occidental and for daily sightseeing trips. The kitchen is well-equipped and very functional. Bathrooms are big with lots of hot water and good water pressure. Beds were comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the living room which has lots of room for hanging out and enjoying the fabulous view from the large windows. There's not much storage space for clothes in the bedrooms but that didn't bother us. We never had a problem finding street parking close to the house.

Amazing!!

The house was beautiful and in such a nice area. The property owner was also very friendly and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone that wants to be just outside of LA, but still in an incredible area with plenty to do. 10/10!!

5 stars for the view! I could sit and look out the windows all day, except that the outdoor space beckons with hummingbirds swarming the tree tobacco. This property is so lovely, exactly as pictured (maybe a bit better). The steps up were no big deal (and I'm 65); easy access via code lock. Room to work, comfortable beds and furniture, beautiful decor. A minor inconvenience was addressed promptly by the owner (communication via the VRBO app not always the best. Would definitely return.
