Inside, the space is thoughtfully designed for comfort and ease. The bedroom features a plush king bed, while the living area includes a queen sleeper sofa, allowing the cottage to comfortably accommodate up to four guests. The full bathroom and open living space create a relaxed, homey atmosphere ideal for your stay.

One of the highlights of Palm Cottage is its outdoor living. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening breeze from your private balcony, accessible from both the living room and the bedroom—offering a seamless indoor-outdoor experience that captures the essence of coastal living.

Nice for quick getaway for good price

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house are older, but kept nice and clean. Suite was nice for a short stay, but would recommend getting the bigger places they have if you have more than 2 people for a long stay. Parking in limited with one car per house, so plan for it. The small overall property, it makes since. Easy walk to the beach and close to most places of interest. Pool was clean and lots of Chairs. Beach toys and chairs to use. Beach towels in room. Locals who did not want to drive back and forth for 2 day, this was perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our week here. The property is well maintained and the couple who own the property are always available if you need anything. While you cannot see the beach from the property, it is only a few minutes walk away. And you don’t have to cross the street to get there! The pool is shared by a few units, however we had it to ourselves all week. The landscaping is natural and beautiful. There is plenty of shade if you want to get out of the sun. It was nice to have beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas provided as well.

Short but excellent!

The property manager was waiting for us, checking process was fast and simple. She explained everything inside the unit. Showed us the access to the pool and beach. We only stayed 2 nights which was to short of a stay in such nice, secluded piece of paradise. The unit was exactly what the pictures showed. Well equipped. My only suggestion, would be nice to have a clothes rack in the unit to hang the wet bathing suits and towels.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: How very dare you send me a review on my stay when you haven’t resolved me being over charged on Airbnb. You know this behavior is basically theft buy ignoring my request on Airbnb. When you don’t follow up on my claim, the next thing I’ll file with Airbnb will get you removed from the site for criminal conduct.

Absolutely priceless

Had a wonderful weekend! The property is so cute and comfortable. The bed was great. Having a pool is awesome. Everything is a short ride away. The beach is a couple of minutes walking and is espectacular. The only negative is the gps wouldnt find it and its super dark at night so it was a struggle; i would request directions.

Charming

Cute little cottage, perfect for the two of us!! The kitchen is nice with real plates and cups (not plastic!!) Short walk to pool , and over the boardwalk to beach!! Very nice there are beach chairs/umbrellas for guest use. Bed is a full size, comfortable, a/c great (not window unit). Little dishwasher - noisy, but got the job done Need 2 items : teakettle, dishsoap (for handwashing) Will keep this little gem on our list for a return visit!!

Awesome Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beach here was phenomenal. Short walking distance and host provided umbrella and chairs as rental on the beach was $30 per day. We also enjoyed the pool. The accommodations were clean, quiet and pleasant. The pull out was not great but that is to be expected. The only downside would be the WiFi as it is shared with several small buildings and was very spotty. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back. Treasure Island is a great location as farther north its get very busy.

Reviewer Comments: Breath taking! we arrived a little later in the day and the lights were on around the pool as we made the corner for our rear entrance up a few steps through the french doors. the villa was already lightly lit setting up the perfect ambiance. This was far and beyond what we expected. Although the home was circa 1930's, it was solid. You did not hear anyone walking above or on your floor. Beds were very comfortable and the decor of the whole suite was tasteful and appealing. The villa was nestled between a beautiful Floridian landscape. You really didn't know what was around you. nice trail down to the beach where we walked daily and the convenience to the cafe and beach bar next door was a HUGE! plus. Not to mention the Shake Shack across from the drive :). No need to go anywhere so we shopped and had our breakfast and lunch at our villa and our quaint updated galley kitchen. Would definitely stay again
