Our stay at Hendrix Hideaway was great from start to finish. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made everything easy. The location was convenient with shops and things to do nearby. We had a smooth, enjoyable stay and would definitely book again.

This was not as advertised. We needed a place to stay long term, with dogs, and they were gracious to allow that. I do appreciate that. But the place was rough. We found cockroaches twice in 3 days while staying here. It was very dirty. The dishes weren’t all washed

Anthony, After our clean team came to the house, and we saw the condition that the home was in after your stay, we are not surprised that you found roaches in the home. Although we do treat that home every 4 weeks, when you leave food, food crumbs, and condiments smeared across the countertops, the bugs are going to be drawn to that. You need to maintain your living area at a minimum level in order to prevent bugs. It was clear that did not happen during your stay, likely resulting in the bugs. As a suggestion for your future stays, simple trash management and an occasional wipe down of the countertops will go a long way toward preventative maintenance, and eve a minimally clean environment will help to prevent the issues your experienced.
