Our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has a great family friendly layout and is perfect for up to 12 guests. Whether you are looking for a change of pace, a relaxing getaway or a new spot to work from home -- we would love to be your hosts

Downstairs:
Large 3 season sun room - outdoor furniture overlooking front yard

Large living room - gas fireplace, 55 inch smart TV, couch, pull out chair and a half

Game room - fully equipped with retro and new board games for family fun

Dining room - table with seats for 6 + four stools and extra chairs in the back room

Kitchen - fully equipped with pots, pans, dinnerware, serve-ware and a Keurig (with complimentary K cups and sugar for your coffee)

Full Bathroom - stand up shower and bathtub

Laundry Room - washer and dryer available to use free of charge

Back sun room - equipped with a ping pong table, foosball table and a lounge area

Backyard - grassy backyard with a gas grill available for your use and a picnic table, perfect for dinning outdoors! Lawn games and activities available as well as a $50 gas fire pit rental inclusive of propane upon request

Conveniently located between Lake Winnipesaukee & Winnisquam, Weirs Beach, Bank Of NH Pavilion & Gunstock Ski Area. We are within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants & ice cream parlors! This 1903 home is perfect for family vacation & small or large group getaways
