The Yarmouth Cookie Stroll is scheduled for Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, according to the South Yarmouth Village Association. It will be the 20th annual event.

Our family has been coming to the Cape for many years staying in hotels generally in the Yarmouth area. We finally had an opportunity to purchase this home which has been completely renovated and is centrally located to all things Cape Cod.
Why they chose this property
We love how the home has deeded rights to Long Pond. A fresh water pond/beach that is a one minute walk down the road. Perfect for swimming or fishing. It also has a small children's playground and basketball court. Not to mention the proximity to many beaches. Closest is Smugglers Beach which is about 2 to3 miles away. Restaurants, golf courses, water park, Margaritaville, Provincetown, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket - all within reach. It's a perfect spot.
