Stone villa Joe was built 1958 and has 3 floors, with a total of 300 m2 of living space and 700 m2 outdoor. The villa offers 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with capacity 10+2 guests.
The 1st floor is the living area, dining room, kitchen, wine bar, room with billiards/dart and toilette.
On the 2nd floor are three bedrooms and a terrace with the roof where guests can relax in with a beautiful panoramic view and nice breeze during the summer, do cardio training.
Two master bedrooms are at 3rd floor.
All bedrooms and a living room have TV and the villa is fully air-conditioned, thus covered with wireless internet connection
There is a covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue and outdoor dining area.
Other outdoor amenities are swimming pool of 40 m² (10m*4m, 1,5-1,6m depth) with shallow 0,4m, with cover and heated out of the summer season, kids playground, shower and lounge chairs by the pool.
Hot tube and sauna are in the room next to the pool and there is shower room and toilette.
Parking is provided for 4 cars.

Villa Joe is situated in the peaceful village Mocici, part of Cilipi in Konavle municipality, most beautiful part of the Dubrovnik Riviera. Cilipi are the largest settlement in Konavle.
5 km from the villa is the nearest village by the see is Cavtat with plenty of bars, restaurants, beautiful walking paths by the see.
There is also Molunat which is one of the southernmost places of Croatia, near the border with Montenegro which is 20 km away.
Villa Joe is located 18 km from Dubrovnik.
In Konavle field abot 10 km from the villa is beautiful river Ljuta with old mill and beautiful nature.
In the area are several good winery and agritourisms serving traditional dishes.
Lovers of cycling can choose any of the bike trails length of 10 kilometers or more.
5 km away is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic "Pasjaca" whose beauty and purity of the sea are breathtaking. Also in the range of 3-5 km are plenty of different beaches, Plat beach, beach Rat Cavtat, beach Zal Cavtat (ideal for kids)...
Through entire area are hiking trails that allow you to enjoy the untouched nature, but also to get to the unique beaches Konavle rocks.
