We had a wonderful time in this house. The weather didn’t cooperate but the house was comfortable and cool and lent itself to fun family activities. Highly recommend this house. Beds super comfy.

The house only had 4 official bedrooms. With a full downstairs/ fold down queen coach, it allowed our family to spread out. The preteens loved having their own space that had a table to play games that we brought. We loved the space. With the backyard, our 8 year old grandson could kick his soccer ball with his dad. We especially looked for a space that allowed us all to sit at one table so this house met our needs perfectly.

Relaxing getaway

the owner was very responsive. We enjoyed the benefits of the local association; beach, lake, playground, etc.Had all of the amenities needed, close to Mashpee Commons which had restaurants, stores, etc.Relaxing stay.

The house was very clean and supplied fully.Our children and grandchildren really enjoyed themselves.The only concern was the outside lighting was less than optimal, especially in the driveway area. There were solar lights but did not function. ( It could have been due the blizzard 2 weeks ago). We had a wonderful birthday celebration…thank you!!

Beautiful and Quiet Place

If your looking for a spotless property in a quiet neighborhood this is the place. Immaculate! Excellent communication and response time if needed. Easy check in/check out. Pond near by for activities as described. Everting else in with driving distance. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous stay in the Cape

This was a fabulous stay for our 2 family vacation! There was space for everyone and it was a perfect location. It is closer to Boston than we expected, but centerally located. Plus it is close to the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and only about an hour away from p-town. We enjoyed a Cape Cod baseball game too in Falmouth that was only like 15 minutes away. The house was clean and have plenty of towels and pillows. We enjoyed our coffee on the porch in the mornings and had everything we needed to cook breakfast. Our kids had fun playing outside and we all loved our time at John's pond. The kayaks were super fun. Thank you Judy and Paul for an amazing stay.

Communication was excellent with the host. The house was clean and located in a nice neighborhood. It has plenty of room if you need to accommodate a bunch of people. There were a few “amenities” that I would have liked to see - the house does not have a hair dryer (when traveling it’s nice to not have to pack that), and only one bedroom had a dresser to store clothing in. I had to hang everything in the closet as a result. Another suggestion would be adding some kitchen items (more food storage containers) ziploc baggies, etc.

We just finished our stay at Bela Vida, and we had a wonderful time. The location was great, the house was airy and light, and we had plenty of room for our two families. Most days, we did day trips to other places, but the morning we spent at John’s Pond was lovely; the kayaks were awesome for the kids to play with, and it was super close as advertised. We also loved being able to play bocce ball in the yard and see fireflies at night!The reason this isn’t 5-stars is because there were a few things that felt surprisingly missing or “off.” For instance, there wasn’t a hair dryer anywhere in the house (turns out they don’t advertise having one, so our fault for not noticing, but we’ve never been somewhere without one before). Also, there was no soap outside of the hand soap at the sinks (nothing in the baths/showers), and no disposable coffee filters (the coffee pot has a non-disposable one, but it was moldy, which skeezed us out). The bath towels were lovely and fluffy and soft, but there were just enough for everyone to have one (no hair towels for the ladies ), only three total hand towels-one for each bathroom, and no washcloths. There was also only one box of tissues (almost all gone) in the whole place. None of this was anything a couple trips to the store didn’t solve, but it was surprising to have to purchase as many basic things as we did. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Bela Vida; especially with a few minor additions.
