Disappointed

The accommodations were good, the place was not clean, and after 6 calls to the property management the front door lock was fixed after 18 hours.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad you found the accommodations comfortable, but we’re truly sorry for the cleanliness issues and the inconvenience with the front door lock. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to wait so long for the door handle to be tightened. Please know this isn’t the level of service we strive for. We’ve already addressed your concerns with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to make sure future guests don’t face the same issues. We appreciate your patience and hope you’ll give us another chance to provide a much smoother stay next time. Best, Auburn F. Guest Service Manager.
