Beautiful house on the seafront with private beach, within a gated community with all the necessary infrastructure for your leisure and security. Double kayak available. Bar / restaurant by the pool area.

Great location 19 km from the center of Angra where there is the Piratas mall and bus station. It is 1 km from Bar do Shower, the best known bar in the region that offers great pastries and meals.

Passei um bom pedaço de Janeiro nesta bela casa. É uma das mais bem localizadas do Condomínio Praia do Engenho. Muito perto da praia/piscina. Vista maravilhosa. Espaçosa. Varanda com sol o dia todo na parte descoberta. Filtro com água Gelada. Máquina de gelo. Chuveiro e Lava pé na entrada. Peca por não ter Internet e em alguns itens de manutenção. Entretanto, Claro pega fácil no Local. Eu sugeriria oferecerem um Pranchão de Stand Up. O Condomínio tem Praia e Piscina como destaque. Salva-vidas atentos até 22h. Só isso já o torna um Paraíso. Tem sauna. Tem uma quadra de areia entregue ao mato. Tem um bom barzinho. Não teve falta d'água e luz deu pequenas vaciladas mas nada q comprometesse. Típico de Angra. Mercado a 5 min de carro. Funcionarios, Vizinhos e veranistas educados. Proprietária idônea e responsável. Não está no local mas resolve tudo de maneira rápida pelo Wzap. Foi um janeiro super agradável e sem estresse algum. A casa é excelente, muito bem localizada, uma das melhores do condomínio, bem próxima à praia. A localização ajudou muito, pois estavámos com idoso e não atrapalhou em nada a locomoção. A casa é excelente, num local tranquilo e familiar, com todos os itens funcionando perfeitamente, além de muito limpa e organizada. Possui uma sala espaçosa e bem decorada, integrada à cozinha e à varanda, onde pudemos nos reunir para as refeições e uma boa conversa, e ainda admirar uma paisagem belíssima da praia e piscina com o verde dos coqueiros e da mata atlântica ao redor. Além disso, também desfrutamos da agradável área de lazer do condomínio com a praia calma e ótima para o mergulho, um pier que possibilitou a ancoragem de barco alugado, e também a piscina e sauna limpas. Indico e quero voltar outras vezes!

Avaliação muito positiva. Além de uma excelente estrutura , o lugar é magico pela paisagem natural. A casa é linda, muito bem localizada e estruturada, o que proporcionou um final de semana incrível. Conseguimos alugar a lancha da Sra. Maria Inês por um preço muito bom e fomos passear pelas ilhas de angra. Excelente experiência, recomendo a todos. Com muita educação, boa vontade e cordialidade da locatária, nos entregou as chaves da casa em perfeito estado.
