Property was not clean, furniture had stains, smelled of smoke and overall not as advertised in the photos. We had to cancel the booking without staying even 30 minutes on the property. The host refused to provide a refund, even though the booking was made the night before and we didn’t use the property at all.

Let's start by saying the ad says full house which was needed for work purposes. Booked last min, my fault on that. Texted back and forth after booking about the split house with 1st and second floor accommodations which are buried in the ad. I asked for a cancelation and they said sure, but you won't get a refund now that you book. Mind you this was less than 24hrs of bookings. Went back and forth about them having to talk to the team about a refund. Waited a while, texted back a week or so later and zero response. Not recommended to stay anywhere near theses renters!
