This beautiful corner unit has sunrise AND sunset views, large wrap-around screened-in balcony with plenty of seating. Views of the pool and Gulf, facing South towards Sanibel. New stainless steel appliances in kitchen, tray ceilings, tile in the kitchen and living room, newer furniture and accessories. Living room is equipped with a 60" Samsung Smart TV. Comfortable mattresses in master and guest bedrooms, with a king in the master and two twins in the guest room. Sofa sleeper in living room. Tiled showers in both bathrooms. The perfect condo to enjoy the ocean breezes and boat traffic! The condo is very new and everything is as stated, we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The master bed is comfortable, the living room furniture is comfortable and I would highly recommend this place!

My Family and I rented the condo for a week over the Fourth of July. Not only was the condo freshly remodeled, the interior finishes were also great. Easy entry upon arrival. This unit has a wrap around balcony that gave us access to multiple firework shows.

Incredible Views!

This wonderful, well-equipped property comes with some of the best views ever! From the sunrise viewed from the second bedroom to the sunsets over Pine Island Sound to the dolphins and manatees surfacing just off the beach, this view can't be beat! The condo itself has everything you need for a comfortable getaway. Dinner and breakfast on the lanai is an absolute treat.

The Perfect Getaway Property

The property and condo was exactly as advertised. The condo unit was beautifully appointed, a gorgeous view of the harbor and islands, quiet and peaceful. Yes the beach is short and small, but that also keeps it much more private and peaceful. This unit and location is perfect for a relaxing getaway.

This condo was so lovely, colorful, peaceful & private. We did a long weekend May 7-10, 2021 and it was perfect for us. The view of the pool & sunsets on the bay from the 10th floor balcony was beautiful. Location was quiet (not sure how it'd be with a full house but during our stay, that's how it was.) The beach area is small, but was just right for our stay. The pool is very nice alternative. The grounds were beautifully kept, a few restaurants within walking distance & everything else (Fort Myers Beaches, Sanibel Island, shopping, dining etc) within a 10 mile radius. It was the perfect getaway for our 40th wedding anniversary. Communication with the RHP team was top notch too! Thank you so much!

Last Minute Decision.....

We've rented in Cape Coral quite a few times and since waited until the last minute the inventory was lacking.... We decided to find a place on the beach. Looked at Sanibel and finally decided on this condo. GREAT CHOICE!!!! Location is private, neighbors are great, view is great, condo itself is GREAT!!! Can't wait until we stay again!!
