Overall the house was We all had a great time, nice quiet corner of the beach never crowded.The grill could use a bit of work though. The only negative comment was when we arrived at the house we didn't have any clean towels or bedding. They did arrive 2 hours after our arrival. More dish towels would also be helpful.

The beach and the view is what you are paying for. Unbeatable sunsets and direct access to the beach. I love the glass railings on the decks. Disappointed the primary bedroom didn’t have a deck as the bathroom was placed at the back of the house. So a great view…if you are in the tub. The house itself is a bit of a handyman special with older fixtures, tiles, and beach ware and tear. Raw 4x4 wood for the steps. The spiral staircase on the decks was unusable. There are a lot of stairs and the only access to the beach is via the front door. The house next door is in disrepair and falling down. The beach was great however the water is very shallow. You could go out 100 yards and only be up to your knees. Great for little kids, not as much for bigger kids who like to boogie board. There are also signs posted warning to not swim here due to strong rip tides. Again it was so shallow we didn’t have issues most days. Sadly most of the houses on the block the beach has eroded so water was coming up to the houses. Which meant visitors from those places setting up camp in front of this property. Still fairly uncrowded all things considered. The kitchen had tons of dishes and pots and pans. My kitchen complaints are dull/missing knives. Blender didn’t work. And no pantry space for food. We put everything in the bump out kitchen window. Overall a good house with lots of room and unbeatable views/beach access.

Great location right on the beach. Best view we’ve ever had with no dunes blocking us. Everything was cleaned and the kitchen was well stocked.

What a view!! Beach not crowded. great space! Great swimming for littles especially during low tide! Great fishing area. Things we look for… fully stocked kitchen Nice rooms and large spaces for family comfortable beds great views/decks excellent communication with hostCould update: washer/dryer, dining room chairs, knife setCan’t help Mother Nature…the drive way was pretty thick with sand not ideal for a small car we all had SUVs and did ok.Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home!!!
