This beautiful Kihei Bay Vista complex and condo is one of the most peaceful locations in Kihei. Desirable for being away from traffic, but in convenient distance to a 5 mile stretch of White Sandy Beach. Kihei Bay Vista consist of only 60 units situated in 4 buildings and two floors to choose from. Less than a minute across from the complex is National Marine Sanctuary, Kalepolepo Park and Sugar Beach area. The condo is fully equipped with fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, TV, electronics, iron/iron board, beach gear, free internet, linens/towels, and everything you will need while on holiday. Dream while in Maui in the King bed, and relax in the evenings with TV in the bedroom. Very comfortable queen sofa sleeper in living area, for additional guests/ sleeping options. TV, A/C, and entertainment is in the living area, free internet also provided. Dine and $ave, the condo has seating for 4 at the table, as well the large lanai will provide table/chairs. Lanai is a wonderful place each morning to start the with a cup of Hawaiian Coffee, and Breakfast. You also will experience Maui's amazing sunsets or just relax and enjoy a beverage and book. BBQ grills are on site to cook some of Maui's Ono "delicious" selection of fish or meal of your choice. Terrific sparkling pool area is fantastic for R&R and Family time. Soak up the sun from the lounge chairs or you may enjoy the shade under the large canopy area with table and chairs. The sensational hot tub is nice after a long adventurous day on Island. You may even meet a few new friends! This complex with become home away from home when in Maui! We appreciate your inquiry and hope you enjoy the Island of Aloha as much as we do!

Host was amazing, place wasn’t cleaned when we got there but they followed up quickly & offered to clean it as well as credit our cleaning fee a day. Place was in a perfect location too with quick walking access to the beach & nice pool & jacuzzi.

We had a wonderful time in Maui! This condo was perfect for our family. It had plenty of toys, a well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. Location is centrally located. Would stay here again.

This property is exactly as listed. Might be considered a little dated but for the price, can’t be beat. Loved the pineapple theme found throughout the condo. Shower was great, bed comfortable and kitchen fully stocked (toaster should be replaced).

The condo was so perfect for our trip! So nice to have a full size kitchen! On top of that, the place came with boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, so many things we did not have to rent! Pool, hot tub and grounds are well kept! Had one issue with the stove and it was promptly attended to. Only complaint would be that the doors were not the cleanest. Otherwise it was a fantastic place for our trip!

Having the pool and hot tub was a great addition to this trip, being able to escape the sand and waves to a 3ft to 6ft deep pool was great for our 3 and 8 year old. The Condo complex is in a fantastic location, close to shops and restaurants but not so close that you feel like you are in a busy area. The complex is well cared for and the living quarters were in great condition as well. Being able to make our own meals and do laundry in the condo was also amazing with small kids. Highly recommend this location.

Overall all was well with the stay. Our only issues were that the condo had mustyness in it due to a few factors. There was recently a flood in Kihei so that might have been a factor. We had to clean out shower drain when we arrived. Some type of sludge in drain and washing machine was very musty. When we got things cleaned up,all was great!

Great condo in a great location

This condo was perfect for us. Lots of good restaurants close by and walking distance to the beach. My only complaint is that the check-in instructions weren't very clear, we had to hunt around the property to find the building and condo and never did understand where exactly we were supposed to park. And since we got in after business hours we couldn't get ahold of anyone to clarify. But the condo itself was really nice, perfect size, comfy bed, had everything we needed.

Relaxing Stay in Kihei

We enjoyed the location of this property. It was quiet, except for the traffic noise during the day. The location across from the National Humpback Whale Sanctuary was perfect. We could watch the sunset from the beach across the road and usually see sea turtles resting at the shore. The only correction I would ask the property owner to make is, if you are going to advertise a TV in the bedroom, please put one there. There is NOT one there, which didn't matter to us, but I am sure it does to some people. OR remove it from your description of property amenities. We would stay there agaIn. Aloha!
