I was absolutely satisfied with the apartment, exactly what you see in the pics. Had everything you could think of you needed there, if you happened to forget anything. Great stay!! I will be back if I visit again.

am very disappointed in the cleanliness of this place. Our first impression was the exterior, the windows were very dirty and covered with spider webs. Everything had a layer of dust. The glasses had lip prints on them, so I washed all of the drinking glasses. Then the silverware was dirty and I washed all of them. The shower was maybe just wiped down, you can tell the difference between that and being scoured. Shower curtain was filthy and yellow slimy on the bottom. The bed linen I hoped would have been better quality, it looked and felt very cheap. Taking the garbage out as instructed there was garbage left from whom ever stayed before. The flies and smell was awful.

This was the best VRBO location I've stayed at since beginning with VRBO. Very clean, new furniture, great layout, comfortable atmosphere, felt like home, perfect size and location, host was very accommodating and provided great information about the area and apartment.

If you want quality, convenience, quiet, and a great place to stay, this is it. I stayed here with my puppy for a week while visiting family in July. I loved the apartment! Abby, my host, was very easy to talk to. I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay.

The apartment worked well for me. There is parking for one vehicle, and that fitted my full size pickup truck without any issues. Check in was easy, and there were no issues with my stay.

Inviting and welcoming space! If you're familiar with the square, this is two doors outside of it. So much in walking distance, a perfect location! Perfectly clean! Nicely decorated and a lot of attention to details. Bed for me was perfect, I like a firmer bed. Special attention given for mans besr friend as well! Our host, just amazing!! Above and beyond!! Hubby and I do not like kurig coffee. Our host went out of her way to provide a regular coffee pot, she said, you shouldn't have to bring anything more, and even provided coffee filters! I think every message I sent was answered immediately! If we ever find ourselves anywhere in upstate NY again, I'll be looking to see if this is available first!Abby, thank you again for everything!

Horseheads is centrally located. It is within walking distance of many eateries and bars. It is minutes from the airport and local entertainment. We are within minutes of other major townships and the start of the wine trails. We took great pride in providing great comfort to our guests with full kitchen needs, high-end linens, and extra blankets, and of course, we take pride in the cleanliness and updates in our apartments. We want the finishes to last and those staying with us to feel pampered.
