Private Ocracoke Island vacation home with spacious screened porch and great treetop sunset views from rooftop deck. Located on a dead end lane in a residential area. Easy walk to shops, galleries and restaurants.

2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath: 2 bedrooms each with a Queen bed. Sleeper Sofa in living area.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, 1 cable TV and DVD player. Complimentary internet access. Washer and dryer.

No dishwasher.

The exterior offers a furnished screened porch including a deck swing. Hot/cold outdoor shower, fish cleaning bench and park style charcoal grill.

*Sheets and towels are not provided.

Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

Wonderful family Spring Break!

Our family enjoyed everything about our stay. The property was recently updated with a beautiful new kitchen. Well kept home, very clean, great location, and fabulous property managers. The screen porch was my personal favorite. We will definitely be booking again.

Beach Vacation

This little cottage was very cute and walkable to great restaurants and easy to get to miles of amazing beaches. There was a problem with the hot water that was not resolved, otherwise we would have given this one 5 stars.

Close to town, Clean and Simple

Nice to be off the main street. Liked the roof deck. Enjoyed the little bits of house history, framed map of the platted neighborhood, original 1950's letter describing the lots and original price, and old family photographs.
