Nestled on 15 acres in Lakeside Montana, our luxury cottages offer an unparalleled retreat for those seeking tranquility and adventure. Surrounded by pristine landscapes with views of Flathead Lake and the Mission Mountains, our cottages offer the perfect getaway for families, couples, or solo travelers looking to unwind in nature.

Our thoughtfully designed spaces offer a full kitchen, gas fireplace, luxury linens, hi-speed internet, queen pullout murphy bed in living room, BBQ’s, and more!

We have four cottages and one barndominium on our 15 acre property just a 1/2 mile north of the quaint town of Lakeside, Montana. The property is right off of highway 93 (this highway circles the entirety of Flathead Lake). You will immediately start climbing once exiting the highway. You will first come to the “big black barn” and then continue up the gravel switchback road to the four cottages. Your adventure starts here! You will experience breathtaking views of Flathead Lake as soon as you enter the property and they only get better as you climb to the top.

There is ample marked parking once you reach the cottages. The cottages are numbered 1-4 for your convenience.


LIVING ROOM
-Our spacious living areas were designed with comfort in mind. A sizable sofa, ottoman, and smart TV await your arrival. Throw pillows, a cozy blanket, reading material, and a gas fireplace are ready for you. This space also provides a cabinet pull out murphy bed with a thick queen mattress if needed for additional guests. We opted for this set up instead of a traditional sofa pullout bed, as it is much more comfortable and similar to an actual bed.

KITCHEN
-Each cottage comes with a fully equipped kitchen. And when we say fully equipped, we mean it. Bake a pie or host a dinner party…it’s all there for you. We provide whole organic coffee beans as well as a grinder. You can choose to make a French press, have a pour over, or traditional drip, -whatever floats your caffeinated boat. We also have Keurig machines and provide a variety of pods. Not into coffee, we don’t judge. We also provide a selection of traditional, herbal and decaffeinated teas. A blender, bakeware, spices, and many kitchen gadgets are also provided. Not into cooking? No problem. The microwave works great and we also provide paper plates and plastic utensils if that’s more your speed.

DINING AREA
-Beautiful wood tables that seat six and are ready for you to make some fun vacation memories around. There is also seating for two at the island and three at the peninsula so you have lots of options for yourself or guests.

BEDROOM
-Comfort for days. We promise. Solid wood king beds, quality cotton linens, cool pillows, and down comforters will make you want to stay in bed. The closet has plenty of space to hang and/or fold your clothes for storage. An iron with ironing board, safe, extra linens/pillows, and fun board games and puzzles are also housed in the closet. And for those who like TV in bed, your bedroom comes with a smart TV.

BATHROOM
-Cottage #1 has a large walk in shower with glass door. Cottages #2-#4 have a shower/tub enclosure. High quality towels as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all provided as well as some other bathroom essentials (razor, toothbrush, makeup wipes, etc).

LAUNDRY
-Full size stackable washer and dryer are housed in the bedroom closet. Tide detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets are provided.

OUTDOOR SPACE
-Each cottage comes with a large front deck that includes a dining table (seats 6), and two very comfortable Adirondack lounge chairs. Each cottage also has its own gas bbq grill with grilling utensils. The cottages look out into the forest to the south, a natural large rock wall face to the west, and beautiful Flathead Lake and the Mission Mountains to the east. Sunrises are spectacular!

Guests are welcome to explore the entire property. We just kindly ask that you respect other guests privacy who might be staying in one of the other cottages or the “big black barn” at the bottom of the property. There is plenty of exploring to do on the property. The switchback road makes for an excellent workout.

We want guests to be able to reach us as needed throughout their stay. You can message us through the Airbnb app anytime and we will also provide our cell number(s) prior to arrival.

TVs
-All TVs on the property are equipped with Google Chromcast. These are smart TV’s with any app or streaming service you can think of available for download. We have set them up already with the most popular ones (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc.) They are easy to use and you can log into any app or streaming service just as you would at home. We also provide YouTube TV so you have access to local channels as well as over 100 other channels (no login or cost to access YouTube TV).

Wi-Fi
-We have our own fiber optic hi-speed internet on the property. We realize the importance of fast and reliable internet, even when you’re on vacation. Conference calls and even gaming are not an issue.

SWITCHBACK ROAD
-To access the cottages, you will drive up a reasonably steep and curved switchback road. It is graveled and well maintained but it can be a little intimidating the first time. Take your time, be safe, and enjoy the view all the way up and especially when you reach the top!

GARBAGE
-Due to the fact there are lots of critters on the property, it’s important that you dispose of any trash in our “critter proof” garbage cans on the east side of each cottage. Please don’t leave garbage or food items outside or you may make some furry new friends (including bears).

BEAR SPRAY
-It’s Montana and bear spray is definitely recommended . It can be purchased in many places in town and we highly encourage it if you are going hiking or even exploring on our property.
We want you to enjoy your stay and we`re not into providing a long list of rules. However, there are a few things that are important for your safety and the safety of other guests.

-No pets please. We love pets, but have made the decision to not allow them on the property for a variety of reasons.

-No smoking or vaping in the cottages or on the property. We are a smoke free property. We live in a very high fire zone and ask that you not smoke (or vape) anywhere on the property.

-No fires. We purposely don`t have fire pits or any other fire making mechanisms on the property. Please don`t get creative and build your own.

-Mind your trash. Each cottage has its own large trash bin (located on the east side of the cottage next to the gas grill). Please don`t leave your trash out on the deck or anywhere outside. And when using the trash bin, please make sure to latch it so critters (including bears) cannot help themselves to your trash.

-Please be mindful of other guests. Have fun but keep the volume to a reasonable level when outside on your deck, especially later in the day.
