990 Baltic Terrace - Tropical Island Home just a few short blocks to the Beach!

This beachy three-bedroom, two bathroom home will accommodate up to 8 people and features private large heated pool with southern exposure and an over-sized deck with BBQ grill and seating for dining. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel kitchen appliances. Free Wi-Fi!
The open floor plan boosts of a dining room with table that seats six. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a flat-screen TV. The living room HAS comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. Guests will be pleased with the beachy feel of this ideally located home. You are a few short blocks to South Beach public access, shopping, a movie theatre, restaurants, an ice cream shop, and a miniature golf course!

The gorgeous white sand of the South Beach Access is a great place for families to go shelling, beach fishing, or dolphin watching!

Please not the following:
1. $500 REFUNDABLE Security Deposit at the time of booking.
2. Pets are ONLY accepted with Owner Approval. Once approved, additional pet fee and security deposit will be applied. The Security Deposit is refundable after departure inspection.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT HEAT POOLS THROUGH OUR SUMMER MONTHS: MAY THROUGH MID NOVEMBER

RESIDENTIAL RULES
We hope you have a wonderful time on Marco Island. We ask that you be mindful of the neighbors around you. While you are on vacation, they are full time residents, and not on vacation with you.
Marco Island does have a strict noise ordinance which is in place 24 hours a day. Be aware of this. Should the police go out to the property you are renting, and a noise violation is issued, it will become your responsibility to pay it, should a fine be assessed. Fines start at 250.00, and move to 500.00, for a second visit.

Also note that the "maximum occupants" per unit, is just that, the MAXIMUM. This means that no more than the maximum limit are allowed on property anytime of the day or night. You are NOT allowed guests that would exceed the maximum capacity identified by the Owners. Furthermore, there are TWO vehicles allowed per rental. No more. Parking is prohibited on the swales and can NOT obstruct sidewalks.

I enjoyed my trip

The overall stay was great, the place was cleaned and organized when we arrived, it was pretty accurate compared to the listings.

We had a good stay

The house was very nice. The location was convenient. I rent several times a year this was the first property that had linen rental. Overall enjoyable.

Perfect location

This property was in a perfect spot close to the beach and a lot of activities. The property itself fit our needs of two small families. It is a little outdated and not anything fancy but worked well for our small children.

Awesome location, a short sea turtle crawl away from the beach. Pool was delicious. Lots of beach towels. Layout of house great. Quiet neighborhood. Relaxing. We loved our stay and highly recommend!

Great location walking distance to beach and restaurants

This house is in a great location easy walk to beach and restaurants, House has good space and a nice deep private swimming pool. The house is furnished a little sparsely (as accurately shown in photos). Has about 40 beach towels and 20 bath towels but no water glasses ( just 4 juice glasses) . 2 beach wagons and many chairs and toys in garage for beach. Overall a great time and great location made it perfect for my husband and I and our adult daughter and her boyfriend.

Great location, big house lots of room

Great location, warm pool, plenty linens and towels. Big house and lots of room. However some repairs needed. Everything worked but slow. Dishwasher and dryer took forever. Microwave worked but only one button and had to keep adding minutes. Lots of lightbulbs out. Collapsible wagon for beach had one wheel broken. Easy fixes and more attention to these kind of things would make it a more pleasant place to stay.

Very dirty and outdated

This property needs to be fully deep cleaned... there were 1 inch layers of dust on many different higher surfaces. The furniture is old and worn in... rips on pieces. We stayed only because we booked last minutes and I figured my kids couldn't do any further harm here. The pool was really the only thing that appeared to be maintained!

Fun stay

The house is large and well equipped with towels and kitchen stuffs but the cleaning was horrible on the pool area. Pool was not clean. Barbecue and terrace was dirty.. everything else was perfect

Perfect!

Beautiful spacious home a short walk to the beach, ice cream, food and shopping. Loved the pool and privacy. Nicely stocked with beach towels, umbrellas (2), chairs and a wagon to haul it all. Only thing we missed was a cookie sheet or something to roast veggies in the oven.

Great location with lovely pool

Stayed over New Year's 2019. Pros: Excellent location - easy walk to the beach and walkable to restaurants and the movie theater. Nice selection of beach items (chairs, wagons, umbrellas, etc.) in the garage for use. Pool is heated and private - we spent many hours just floating! Cons: This was one of the worst outfitted kitchens of any rental I've had. The knives are dull, the silverware is mismatched and dirty, the handle was falling off the fry pan so it felt unsafe to use, no large tumblers for drinks (I bought solo cups). If you are a family that likes to cook on vacation, this might not be the place for you. In general, just seems a little worn.
