Sitting at the base of Big Cottonwood Canyon, this is the prime Utah ski location. Only 15 to 25 minutes to Brighton, Solitude, Snowbird, Alta. Comes with a private hot tub, fireplace, and an open spacious design. Walk to restaurants and new distillery and only 20 minutes to airport, 15 from downtown, and 30 to Park City. Fast WiFi, fully stocked kitchen, and smart TVs in every room. Nudged up against the beautiful Wasatch mountains, it`s a perfect home base for a family or group vacation.

By entering through the garage you`ll be on the ground level, and will walk upstairs to get to the main level. The main level is home to bedroom 2 and bedroom 3, a full bathroom, the living room, the deck/hot tub, and kitchen. Upstairs you`ll find the primary bedroom with an attached full bathroom.

Great location! Perfect for skiing the nearby resorts, Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton or exploring the canyons! Also a ski bus stop within a mile if you don't want to drive in the snow or don't have a parking pass on the weekend. Property was just as advertised and the property mgr was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

The owner was really easy to work with and transparent about everything. The place was very clean, easy access to everywhere we needed to go and perfect for our crew. Highly recommend if in the area.

Comfortable, clean, spacious, good value

This property is large, modern and stylishly furnished. We were all comfortable in our beds at night, and enjoyed the hot tub and the large living space during the evenings. It was amazingly good value for money, but perhaps the main selling point is it’s incredible location: a few minutes walk from several decent restaurants, five minutes drive from supermarkets and liquor stores, and less than half an hour’s drive from Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton!

Property is huge and in a great location, walkable to some nice local restaurants and a distillery. Bathrooms seem recently remodeled but the kitchen is very outdated. Our only other complaint is that the primary bedroom is about 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the home and the ceiling fan is so noisy that we couldn’t use it. Not an issue during ski season but definitely a problem in 90 degree summer heat.
