Mexico Beach is a hidden gem, you will absolutely love it. This home is in a prime location in this beautiful, low-key beach town – the perfect place for a getaway…less than a block from the beach! Come unwind at our cozy cottage, take in the front porch ocean views, and enjoy the space all to yourself.

BEDROOMS (sleeps 5):
Bedroom 1: Queen adjustable bed, attached private bathroom with seated shower. Smart TV.

Bedroom 2: Cozy bunk room with a queen size bed on the bottom and twin size bunk on top. Large bathroom with exterior access convenient after a long day at the beach. Smart TV.

Bedrooms are separated by living space, providing a nice amount of privacy for two couples or if traveling with your family.

EXTERIOR:
Front porch with ocean view. Patio seating.

Fire pit area with adirondacks, ocean view, stargazing. Firewood stored on the side of home.

Outdoor shower with cold AND hot water on the side of the home along with a foot sprayer.

Back screened in porch with patio furniture, string lights. Primary home access here via smart keypad.

Driveway is located behind the home (adequate room for your vehicles/boat). Outdoor building which includes some beach toys, chairs, bikes, etc. available for guest use.

Beautiful property that really makes the most of a smaller space. . We enjoyed everything about our stay. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again beautiful views and excellent amenities.

Such a good location!!

We had so much fun!! The location cannot be beat and the little beach cottage vibe is just so relaxing. The 2 porches were a dream to sit out and enjoy! We definitely plan to be back soon! The hosts were so approachable and sweet. Didn’t have many questions though because everything was handled already. The house is very well stocked!

Married in Clearwater Beach, FL and repeat visitors to the FL panhandle for extended family vacations, we have always loved the Gulf beaches. Our hosting journey is attributed back to our first family of four vacation in 2022 to Mexico Beach. We absolutely fell in love with this place and knew it would be the spot our family would return to for years to come.
