Our home is thoughtfully maintained and accurately represented through our listing and photos. We take great pride in creating a space that feels welcoming, well cared for, and continuously improved for each guest. The description of the home as “old and tired” does not reflect its condition or the consistent feedback we receive from guests. We have recently been recognized as a Guest Favorite on another platform, which reflects the standard we maintain and the experience we strive to provide. We also recognize that smart home features can feel complex at times, which is why we provide a QR code in our welcome book that links to a step-by-step video walkthrough, along with written instructions. Our property manager is always available to assist and is known for being highly responsive. No concerns were raised during your stay, which would have given us the opportunity to address anything immediately. We also appreciated the thoughtful recommendations you shared during your stay as a fellow rental host and have taken them into consideration. We approached your stay with understanding and care, particularly given your early departure due to personal circumstances. Following your checkout, an issue with the outdoor area was identified, documented, and submitted through the appropriate process. The claim was reviewed and approved by your insurance provider, and repairs were completed promptly ahead of our next guest’s arrival. Despite this, we chose to leave you a positive review, as aside from that matter, you were otherwise a good guest. We encourage future guests to review our full listing, photos, and overall guest feedback, which we believe provide a clear and accurate representation of the home and experience. We genuinely value feedback and continuously look for ways to improve. At the same time, we believe it is important that reviews provide an accurate and balanced reflection of the experience for future guests.
