Discover the beauty of Sarasota & Siesta Key from this 2-bedr 2-bathr villa. King and queen bedrooms (with all linens). Guests can unwind in comfort. This cozy 1000 sq foot retreat offers a meticulously-maintained heated pool (open all year, with deck chairs, tables and loungers) just a few steps behind the house, a secluded back patio, full kitchen, washer & dryer, 2 full bathrooms each has a bathtub with shower, towels, hair dryer, AC, WiFi and more. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Sarasota and our comfortable villa has to offer. Close to 41 (Tamiami Trail), only one mile to Midnight Pass Rd on (south) Siesta Key, 3 min drive, in 5 min you are on Crescent Beach, or 10 minutes you are on Siesta Key Beach near The Village. All in a well maintained, very green and lush, 55+ community, with friendly neighbors. $3,500 per month during high season, so mid Dec through mid April, then $3,000 the rest of the year (negotiable). My family would like to welcome you to our second home. We hope you will feel as relaxed and comfortable as we do there. We enjoy how quiet, well-maintained and green our over-55 community is, we love to swim in the crystal-clear blue waters of the year-round-open heated pool. We also like all of Sarasota's restaurants, events and beautiful scenery many of which are just minutes away, perhaps most of all though we enjoy Siesta Key and its beaches which are just a couple minutes away by bicycle or car.
