The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place all trash in bags and dispose of it in the outside garbage bins. Thank you for leaving the home tidy.
Set thermostat to 76°F. Turn off BBQ and close the gas valve. Turn off lights and appliances before departure.
Return all remotes to their rooms and garage remotes to the kitchen tray. Lock all doors, including exterior master and garage doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1. Registered Guests Only Only registered guests allowed. No parties or events. Violation may result in immediate removal without refund.
2. Max Occupancy Strict occupancy limit. Unauthorized guests: $350 per person per night.
3. Quiet Hours Quiet hours 10PM–7AM. Disturbances may result in fines or termination of stay.
