STAY AWAY!!!!! Do NOT take your pet here!!! The backyard has wholes in the decks have wholes for your animal to get injured and loose in downtown Houston. The home was dirty. They charge u an 150 pet fee for nothing!!!! Do NOT waste your money or safety of your animal!!!

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you had these concerns. We do check in with every guest the day after check-in so we can address any issues early in the stay, and we were not notified of this experience until the night before check-out. To clarify, our pet fee is $120, not $150. We also ask all guests not to leave pets unattended at the property for their safety. This is a pier-and-beam home built in the 1960s, and like many older homes, there can be areas where an animal may be able to get underneath the home if left unsupervised. We take all feedback seriously and will review the property again to see where improvements or repairs may be needed. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Louisa

Lovely Cottage

This our second time renting the Beverly Cottage for our visit to Houston. The cottage is just sweet and wonderful, well equipped, clean, great beds, really everything you need for a wonderful week. Sitting on the porch rocking in the swing with my granddaughter is just one special moment. Lovely neighborhood. STR RICH management was very easy to work with, kept us well informed with easy access for any concerns or questions, See you next year! Thank you.

Cute house and yard. Comfy beds and great little kitchen Only thing was the couch could use a good cleaning. Very musty and made the whole house smell the same. Fix that and you’ll have a gem !
