The penthouse at The Birdhouse on Meridian is located on the third floor of the main house with a private entrance. The penthouse is an ultra-modern beautiful space to behold. The penthouse sleeps eight in two bedrooms with one queen bed and one twin bed in each and a pullout couch. There are two full bathrooms equipped with showers, a soaking tub, and hair dryers, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine and dryer, and a fully furnished kitchen with dining seating for four. There is also a small deck for outside relaxation.

The penthouse also provides a spectacular view of Monument Circle looking north on Meridian Street.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you use the pullout couch, please open it up, remove the sheets and place them in one of the bathrooms. This helps our cleaning specialist determine if the pullout couch/bed has been used.
Ensure all coffee makers are turned off.
Leave all parking passes inside the rental space before departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
Guests must be respectful of other guests, hosts, owner, and neighbors. No candles, fires, or incense burning are permitted.
Guests must take good care of our premises and furnishings. Exterior doors MUST be locked when guests are not present on the property.
