This is a beautifully restored historic home that is well equipped with everything you’ll need for a wonderful vacation. The view of the river, waterfall, and cliff on the property is stunning! The location was great for us. We fished the St Lawrence River and the boat launch to Chippewa Bay was 17 minutes away. Communication with the homeowner was great. They are very generous hosts. We had a relaxing time here.
My brother and I, along a couple of friends stayed at this home - a remarkable restoration of a beautiful, historic building. We grew up spending summers on the Indian River, fishing, swimming and spending time with neighbors. We were able to do the same 30 years later, reconnecting with old friends and neighbors along the river. The home is well equiped with everything we needed for a enjoyable stay, including air conditioning when the weather turned warm. Also really enjoyed meeting Peter, the property host, who warmly welcomed us. Penny, the co-host was also very responsive to every communication. I highly recommend this home and hope to visit again.
