Our house caretaker took care of any issue that arose quickly and efficiently. Great location to get sun and see palm trees. Close to Ft. Myers and Sanibel Island. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There were close pickle ball courts also which my family enjoyed. Close to restaurants and Manatee Park.

Christmas at the Cozy Retreat

The Cozy Retreat is the most relaxing home to enjoy a stay. The outside area is perfect for entertaining and enjoying the sunshine. The inside is perfectly laid out with the master suite on one side and the other two bedrooms on the opposite side of the house. The check in process was flawless and I can't wait to stay again!!

First rate home

First rate home with too many amenities to list. The pool and hot tub were awesome. We had a few challenges at the start of our stay, but our dedicated contact resolved all of concerns speedily and graciously. Generous supplies were offered in the kitchen and showers.
